Tempra 15 unit is desiged to work in warmer climates.
The Stiebel Tempra 15 will heat an average 1800sqf 3-Bed 2-Bath home, it will provide for 1 heavy water use applications at once, This means 1 showers can be taken at a time or other heavy uses, including tub filling which the smaller units just can't do. (Depending on ground water temperature)
Water temperature can be adjusted. Unit will not produce water over 130F with built in safety guard.

I puchased a Tempra 24 Stiebel Water Heater from TanklessKing.com and they shipped it in 2 days. I ended up then ordering the sharkbite Adapters to connected to my current pipes. Took about 1 hour to hook up with my friend the electrician
